We enforce a strict 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your physical item to submit a formal return request.

Damages, Misalignments, and Quality Audits:

Please thoroughly inspect your allocation immediately upon reception. To qualify for a damaged or defective item claim, please record a continuous, unedited unboxing video from the exact moment you break the exterior packaging seal, showing shipping label and all corresponding sovereign customs clearance stamps, export markings, and cross-border transit ink stamps,ensuring the product remains continuously within the camera frame.

Contact us at info@thedesignersnet.com and submit this video evidence. Our team will evaluate the physical proof and execute the necessary operational corrections. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected.

Standard Operating Return Process & Forensic Chain-of-Custody Mandate:

*Initial Communication: Please contact our central operations node first at info@thedesignersnet.com to request an authorized return.
*Review & Approval: Our team will audit the request based on structural purchase data.
*Physical Packaging Protocol: Upon official approval, we will provide you with our verified return shipping label. Please keep the item inside its original product packaging, secured within the exact, identical outer shipping box utilized for the outbound transit.
*Forensic Verification Requirements: The outer box must bear the intact, original outbound TDN shipping label and all corresponding sovereign customs clearance stamps, export markings, and cross-border transit ink stamps. These physical indicators, tape fibers,fingerprint information and data vectors must not be defaced, altered, blacked out, cut and resealed, or intentionally destroyed. Any localized physical tampering renders the return authorization instantly void.Returns executed using duplicated, replaced, or secondary boxes will render the return authorization void.

*Final Sealing: The original product and entire original outer container must be placed intact inside a secondary, larger oversized box. You must seal this outer container securely and apply the TDN-issued return shipping label on the outer box.
*Inspection & Refund Execution: Once our facility receives the double-boxed asset and completes quality inspection to verify the chain-of-custody integrity, we will process the refund.

Refunds & Mandatory Capital Deductions:

We will officially notify you via our server network once the inspection is complete. By strict operational protocol, the following expenditures will be automatically deducted from your final refund baseline:
*Our non-refundable 15% Sourcing Protocol and Execution Service Fee.
*The original cross-border customs duties and localized import taxes paid to sovereign entities during initial transit.
*The full financial cost of the return shipping label and logistics overhead.
*Any secondary re-importation tariffs or customs penalties generated during the return transit loop.

Once the net refund is finalized, the adjusted capital will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days by TDN . Please account for localized banking or credit card institutional processing delays.
