Shipping & Sourcing Allocation Policy

We proudly offer premium, fully insured worldwide priority delivery networks. We require 3 to 5 working days on average to execute our order audit.
Once your order is fully audited and dispatched, estimated priority delivery transit time is between 5 to 10 business days. Global transit metrics may experience unexpected variances during regional public holidays, verified natural force majeure, or systemic supply chain disruptions.

For Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will split-ship any immediately available items to your registered address. The remaining items will ship automatically the millisecond they clear our European boutique networks. If you receive only a partial alignment of a multi-item order, rest assured the remaining assets are securely in transit shortly after.

Tracking Your Order:

You will receive a formal confirmation email and/or text message containing your unique carrier tracking ID and a direct main-frame link to follow the journey of your package. You can track your package directly via our official [Tracking Page]. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for the tracking data to sync across the international server networks.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the absolute legal and fiscal responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the physical shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time. Therefore, the window to correct an incorrect shipping address is extremely narrow. Returns & Capital Liquidation Protocol:

By placing a successful sourcing order on The Designers Net, you explicitly agree to our binding asset reconciliation frameworks.
In the event of a client-initiated return request due to personal variance, buyer’s remorse, or non-technical personal reasons, the following localized capital outlays and service expenditures will be strictly deducted from your final refund baseline:
*Original international customs duties, cross-border import tariffs, and local fiscal taxes already paid to sovereign custom entities (if applicable).
*Our non-refundable 15% Sourcing Protocol and Execution Service Fee to cover original boutique acquisition.
*Full financial cost of return priority shipping back to our designated destination facility.
*Any secondary customs duties, processing tariffs, or re-importation taxes generated during the return transit loop.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

The Designers Net is not liable for lost or stolen packages once carrier handoff is confirmed. If your verified tracking telemetry explicitly states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, the recipient must contact the respective shipping carrier immediately to initiate a formal lost package claim/dispute.
