1, For Regular in-stock items

Thank you for shopping with the DesignersNet. We hope that you're pleased with your order. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you can return your purchase in 14 days of receipt. Avoiding returns or exchanges significantly reduces the CO2e emissions generated by your order.

For returns and exchanges, please follow the instructions for returning with the same carrier that shipped your order. 

Step 1 :  contact with our customer service for return lable

Step 2:please pack the item you wish to return in the original packing.

Step 3:Please close the parcel securely and attach the returns label to the outside.

Step 4 :  Handing over your parcel to the courier by arranging a pick-up.

Setp 5 :We will notify you once we're received and inspected your return, and let you  know if the refund was approved or                 not. If approvied, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.                         Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.                   If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at                                           info@thedesignersnet.com                            

Step 6 :  If you wish to exchange your item, please contact our customer care team to reserve the new desired size or color.               Once we have received and processed your returned, we will ship the exchanged item. 

 

Returns conditions:

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.

  • We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to US must be returned from US. 

  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. You can also opt in to receive store credit for the refunded amount, which you can redeem on future purchases
  • Shipping cost, customs duty & tax inccured in the destination coutnry  will not be refunded by The DesignersNet in case of returns.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@thedesignersnet.com.

 

2, Purchase to order items and Sale items

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment. 

After 48 of hours of placing order, as a general rule, once an order has been confirmed, return or exchange may not be made. Becasue we don't have keep it stock and need to trypically purchase it for you with the Brands. Therefore, please select the right size and color when place an order

 However, you may be able to return your item if.....

  • The size or color of the item seems different than it did in the listed image
  • The zipper of the dress cannot be closed
  • The item is stained or scratched
  • The item's parts are missing

 Then,  you may contact the our customer service and provode :

  • Provide the images where didn't match the listing description
  • Appeal details of the issue

Please ship the item back to our warehouse. When we receives the item, we can cancel  the order and issue a full refund back onto your payment card.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
