Refund policy
The Designers Net (TDN) strictly enforces a rigorous 14-day return framework. You possess exactly 14 days after physical reception of your items to submit a formal return request to our database.
TDN systematically advises our international clients to thoroughly assess and fully understand the primary physical properties, specific sizing parameters, and structural design codes of their selected scarcity archives prior to formal order placement,an objective recognition of the asset in its entirety—including both its aesthetic merits and its inherent material limitations and shortcomings.
Buyers shall explicitly acknowledge that impulse purchasing triggers a temporary emotional investment, whereas true acquisition requires a rational acceptance of the product’s organic structural behaviors, specific tactile profiles, or intrinsic flexibility. We firmly mandate an intentional, demand-driven procurement philosophy and discourage impulse purchasing.
To maintaining the integrity of our high-end sourcing network, all items are meticulously procured from European boutiques based on individual client requests. Therefore, returns are subject to the strict structural conditions outlined below:
Unboxing Video Recommendation Protocol:
Upon physical delivery, TDN kindly recommends our buyers to execute a continuous, unedited unboxing video to serve as the definitive record for quality auditing. To ensure absolute verification integrity, it is recommended that your video documentation begins prior to opening the container—capturing the untouched exterior states of the package. We advise recording the footage using a 4K resolution standard at a 60 fps (frames per second) rate.
The video should clearly display the outbound shipping label, all corresponding sovereign customs clearance stamps, export markings, and cross-border transit ink stamps, ensuring the physical asset remains continuously within the camera frame throughout the entire inspection. Furthermore, within this continuous and uninterrupted video sequence, a clear and concise explanation detailing the core reason for the return action shall be comprehensively declared. Claims submitted to our operations node without this pristine video evidence will be automatically and systematically rejected.
Standard Operating Return Process & Forensic Chain-of-Custody Mandate:
To maintain the absolute integrity of our verified logistics loop, all potential return actions shall be processed strictly adhering to the chronological operational protocol detailed below:
Initial Communication: You shall contact our central operations node directly at info@thedesignersnet.com to log a formal return request. No physical return transit can be initiated without direct TDN digital review and official structural authorization.
Review & Approval: Our compliance team will audit the request based on historical purchase data vectors and submitted unboxing video evidence.
Physical Packaging Protocol:Upon receiving our official return approval and verified return shipping label, the physical asset shall remain completely untouched inside its original product packaging and be securely locked within the identical outer shipping box utilized for outbound transit.
Final Sealing:For final courier dispatch, the entire original outer container is strictly required to be placed intact inside a secondary, larger oversized box. You shall seal this outer container securely and apply the TDN-issued return shipping label on the exterior surface (Double-Box Protocol).
Inspection & Refund Execution: Once our secure facility receives the double-boxed asset and completes a comprehensive quality inspection, the net refund will be finalized and executed based on the corresponding attribution rules below.
Authorized Grounds for Return Actions (Refund Attribution):
An international return request will be evaluated under three attribution categories:
Attribution 1: Discrepancies Attributable Directly to TDN Operations
This category strictly covers instances where our internal logistics error resulted in a non-matching product variant delivery, or cases where direct physical verification proves the sovereign transit carrier caused irreversible product damage during outbound border routing. Upon receiving and verifying the returned physical goods, TDN will bear all operating costs and provide a full refund.TDN guarantees asset re-allocation or full financial restitution within 10 business days of verification.
Attribution 2: Cancellations Initiated via Client-Side Personal Intent
This category applies to return requests generated entirely by client-side decisions. Returns executed under Attribution 2 are subject to basic service premium and third-party costs.
Every localized luxury allocation processed via our node under the designated Sourcing Service Agency Contract consumes highly specialized human resources, advanced operational logistics, and substantial capital expenditure; consequently, a portion of this infrastructure investment is non-refundably covered by our mandatory Protocol and Execution Service Fee. Consequently, any processed cancellation or return transaction inflicts a compounding, double consumption of institutional time and organizational energy.
Upon successfully passing the final universal security verification process outlined above, the following designated expenditures will be automatically deducted from your final refund baseline:
1. TDN Sourcing & Execution Fee: A non-refundable 15% Sourcing Protocol and Execution Service Fee. The definitive calculation baseline for this fee is strictly derived from the uniform European retail pricing structure of the product.
2. Outbound Logistics & Import Duties: The full financial cost of the initial outbound cross-border transit freight (approximately \$60.00 USD);Depending on the destination country and city jurisdiction, these outbound customs expenditures range approximately from 10% to 25% or more of the total product value(Note: This excludes Hong Kong).
3. Return Shipping & Transit Overhead: The full logistics cost of the return shipping label and associated transit overhead. This deduction standard may calculated based on the actual freight expenses, overweight surcharges, and remote courier pick-up fees generated during return transit (estimated at approximately \$60.00 to \$80.00 USD).
4. Re-import related costs: Any secondary re-importation tariffs, border processing costs, reverse customs clearance brokerage fee, or customs penalties generated within the return transit loop. This deduction is calculated based on the official invoices issued by customs authorities, encompassing import duties, localized import VAT, warehouse storage fees, and secondary brokerage clearance charges (estimated at approximately 0%-33% or more of the total product value).
TDN will execute these mandatory capital deductions entirely based on official invoices and receipts issued by the corresponding government departments, customs authorities, and logistics carriers. Upon successful verification of the asset's condition, TDN will provide the buyer with copies of all official receipts and credit the remaining adjusted capital back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please account for localized banking or credit card institutional processing delays.
Attribution 3: Lost or Stolen Packages &Sovereign Protection Protocol
Every international allocation is routed via our highly secured, fully insured Global Express framework, requiring a Direct Signature upon delivery for your absolute peace of mind. In the rare event that courier tracking indicates "Delivered" but the physical parcel remains unreceived (potential Driver Deviation or an Invalid Release), please follow this clear, step-by-step guidance. We are fully prepared to support you through every stage.
Step 1: Notify TDN via Email
Please contact our concierge desk at info@thedesignersnet.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. Sharing your order details immediately allows our audit team to log the transit interruption and prepare your insurance file in our back-end registry.
Step 2: Call Local UPS
Please call UPS directly to initiate a formal Driver Follow-Up or Denial of Signature investigation. When speaking with the agent, you may simply state: "The tracking indicates delivered, but the sign-off does not belong to me or my household. The package has not been received. I request that a "Driver Follow-Up / Denial of Signature" investigation be initiated."
Step 3: Obtain a Claim Approved Status or Denial Letter
Following their internal review, requested documentation will be issued by UPS to define the case:
- Carrier Error Acknowledged: If UPS confirms a misdelivery or unauthorized release, they will issue a formal Claim Approved certification.
- Carrier Dispute: If the driver maintains correct delivery, UPS will reject immediate liability and issue a formal Denial Letter, advising law enforcement verification.
Step 4: Forward the Gathered Information to TDN
Please submit the documents obtained from the carrier to our support desk:
- For UPS Approved Claims: Simply forward the UPS approval notification directly to us.
- For UPS Denied Claims: Kindly present the UPS Denial Letter to your local police department to obtain an official Police Report with a valid Report Number (verifying unauthorized signature or local theft). Please forward both the Denial Letter and the Police Report to TDN.
Step 5: TDN Coordinates the Insurance Clearance
Upon receiving your completed document set from Step 4, our compliance desk will take full charge of the process. We will immediately submit these verified hard evidences to our corporate insurance underwriters to clear your compensation path, shielding you from any complex corporate paperwork.
Step 6: Final Restitution and Asset Settlement
Within 10 business days of receiving the verification set, TDN will execute full financial restitution or initiate a priority replacement shipment of your order, strictly based on your personal preference.
TDN’s Infrastructure Counter-Measures Against Sophisticated Cyber-Fraud
To comprehensively mitigate advanced cross-border cyber-fraud and corporate property misrepresentation, TDN explicitly retains the full legal authority to initiate rigorous litigation and criminal prosecution against any malicious parcel substitution or fraudulent exchange actions.
We systematically aggregate the comprehensive data architecture captured at the moment of order placement—including device environment fingerprints, IP data vectors, and server clickstreams. When necessary, these structural digital metadata logs, combined with the physical evidence gathered directly from the received return container asset, shall be formally submitted to competent EU authorities, local judicial departments, and international cross-border law enforcement as definitive evidence for fraud prosecution.
Forensic Verification Requirements:
Please be formally advised that all original product assets, custom protective layers, outbound container boxes, and official security seals remain the exclusive ownership of TDN. To maintain the valid authentication chain, the original outer box requires the intact outbound TDN shipping label and all sovereign customs stamps. Please avoid any unnecessary or forceful destruction of the original container package. The outbound transit shipping label, all corresponding sovereign customs clearance stamps, export markings, cross-border transit ink stamps, specialized tape fibers, intact original information, and corresponding data vectors shall not be maliciously defaced, altered, blacked out, deliberately obscured, blurred, cut and intentionally resealed to manufacture a fraudulent unboxing record, or otherwise maliciously destroyed. Any physical tampering, structured metadata alteration, or localized destruction of the original container layers and original fingerprint metadata will regrettably render the return authorization void. Return applications attempted via counterfeit product swap, replaced containers, or secondary non-original boxes cannot be processed and will be immediately rejected.
