Please note that The DesignersNet is an independent platform and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the brands listed on our website.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services. 

SECTION 1 - ACCESS, ACCOUNT INTEGRITY & PRIVATE CREDITENTIALS SECURITY
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. The user assumes 100% absolute, non-transferable, and sole legal responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality, system privacy, and physical security of your personal account credentials, individual communication portals (including but not limited to local live chat matrices and direct message logs), and associated financial card instruments. Under no circumstances under cross-border regulations shall TDN or Qfeng B.V. be held liable for any procurement actions executed via your validated credentials.
Any processed transaction, clickstream allocation, or interactive chat dialogue logged via your verified infrastructure is legally binding and recognized fully as an authorized sovereign mandate by the account holder. Individual claims of third-party account compromise, local credit card theft, unauthorized system access, or hijacked chat identities processed subsequent to payment execution shall be recognized strictly as a private security failure of the user and cannot be utilized as a valid legal defense for order cancellation, refund realignment, or the mitigation of our mandatory Sourcing Fees.


SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS & MATERIAL CHARTER
TDN strictly provides private, cross-border sourcing and dedicated procurement services executing customized client mandates specifically when the requested luxury assets are completely out of stock within the brand’s local commercial network in the client’s country of residence.
Accordingly, this specialized procurement requires an objective, long-term recognition of the archive in its entirety—including both its aesthetic merits and its inherent material limitations. Buyers shall explicitly acknowledge that impulse purchasing triggers a temporary emotional investment, whereas true acquisition requires a rational acceptance of the product’s organic structural behaviors, specific tactile profiles, or intrinsic flexibility, such as the natural, collapse-prone softness defining certain ultra-premium leathers that may intentionally prevent a silhouette from remaining rigid.
Furthermore, to maintain operational fluid routing, please be advised that luxury houses routinely upgrade manufacturing batches, leading to spontaneous updates in official factory style codes and serial cargo numbers. Provided the underlying asset remains identical and authenticated as the same design model, TDN enforces no obligation to issue prior or special notifications regarding such batch-driven style code evolutions. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any services or allocations that we offer to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CONTRACTUAL PROTOCOL
When you place an order via our node, you are executing a definitive Sourcing Service Agency Contract. TDN reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. We must receive and process your payment before your allocation is accepted. Every localized luxury allocation processed via our node consumes highly specialized human resources and operational logistics; consequently, a portion of this infrastructure investment is non-refundably covered by our mandatory 15% Protocol and Execution Service Fee as declared in our Refund Policy. 
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy, qualifying strictly for statutory exemptions regarding bespoke procurement under cross-border regulations, with all compiled transaction vectors definitively finalized regardless of subsequent individual claims regarding unauthorized credential use or domestic financial instrument compromise.


SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotional activities are subject to change without notice and are dynamic, systematically influenced by cross-border currency exchange rates and localized luxury market variables. The definitive transactional charging price for all processed Services and scarcity archives is strictly governed by the exact exchange rate and baseline valuation active at the precise micro-moment of order placement, which shall be formally cataloged within your electronic Order Confirmation receipt. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all posted prices on our digital node are strictly inclusive of all cross-border freight costs, localized handling fees, international operational overhead, and sovereign customs duties or import taxes under our unified UPS DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) framework.
The prices displayed on our digital storefront may vary dynamically from physical multi-brand retail locations or secondary digital platforms operated by unauthorized third parties. We may periodically offer specialized promotional campaigns which remain subject to terms independent of this document; if a programmatic conflict emerges, the dedicated campaign parameters shall systematically override. You hereby agree to provide comprehensive, accurate, and current transactional, billing, and account credentials for all procurement executed via our network. You process an ongoing obligation to instantly update your account metadata—encompassing your primary secure email address, financial card numbers, and processing expiration dates—to ensure our node can successfully clear your transactions and maintain authorized concierge communication pathways.
You explicitly declare, warrant, and represent that: (i) all provided financial and banking card infrastructure data is absolute, valid, and authentic; (ii) you possess total, verified lawful authority to utilize the designated financial instrument to complete the transaction; (iii) your issuing banking institution or credit card entity will fully honor and pay all accumulated expenditures; and (iv) you shall fully discharge the finalized total costs at the posted price structure, encompassing any localized secondary over-weight freight, emergency handling surcharges, or applicable jurisdiction-specific fiscal assessments (if any).

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Please be formally advised that all third-party house names, corporate registered trademarks, historic brand logos, and original official product titles displayed within our Services remain the exclusive, absolute intellectual property of their respective sovereign rights holders. The inclusion or descriptive notation of these brand identifiers on our digital platform is executed strictly under internationally recognized nominative Fair Use doctrines for comparative identification, archival indexing, and independent curation research. Such notations imply zero corporate affiliation with, authorization by, or endorsement from the respective brand mainframes.
Conversely, all proprietary algorithmic scripts, bespoke text structures, curated layout geometries, product analytical reviews, custom-designed graphic elements, and all original high-resolution photographic pixels or macro-lens media generated directly within our European operational nodes remain the exclusive intellectual property of TDN, operated under the total corporate mainframes and fiscal holding of Qfeng BV. These proprietary assets are protected under U.S., EU, and international copyright, database rights, and digital intellectual property frameworks. Unauthorized duplication, automated scraping, or extraction of our original media assets and structural content without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and actionable under civil law.

The DesignersNet’s names, logos, product pictures and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of The DesignersNet. or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such trademarks without the prior written permission of The DesignersNet. Shopify’s name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners. 

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new features through the Services (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features shall also be deemed part of the Services and are subject to these Terms of Service.

Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products and services should be directed to the third-party.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

The DesignersNet is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with The DesignersNet. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and The DesignersNet, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with The DesignersNet.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy,  and certain personal information may be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in other countries than where you reside, in order to provide services to you. If, at our request or without a request from us, you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, product reviews, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, "Comments"), you explicitly grant TDN a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and fully sublicensable license to edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise utilize in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation: (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

TDN retains the absolute unilateral authority, but holds zero legal obligation, to monitor, edit, screen, filter, or permanently delete any user-submitted content, product reviews, or feedback metrics at our sole, absolute discretion. We explicitly reserve the sovereign right to instantly eliminate any material, statement, or text that we systematically evaluate as illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, libelous, pornographic, obscene, anti-competitive, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any third-party intellectual property or these Terms of Service. 

Furthermore, to proactively safeguard the authentic commercial reputational matrix of our independent archival exchange, TDN reserves the absolute legal right to instantly purge, block, and remove any comments or reviews evaluated as untruthful, inaccurate, intentionally exaggerated, structurally manufactured, or inherently misleading to other prospective clients. 

You represent and warrant that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Services or any related website. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing a fraudulent email address, pretending to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise misleading us or competent third parties as to the origin of any comments. You remain solely responsible for the strict accuracy of any comments you execute and their underlying legal veracity. TDN assumes zero liability and takes no legal responsibility for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

Occasionally there may be information on or in the Services that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

In addition, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Services; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; or (e) interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated any part of these Terms.

The following sections will continue to apply following any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL Q FENG B.V., OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The DesignersNet, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.
